What it includes:
Communication via text, email, phone or zoom during business hours (9am-5pm)
-Prenatal support to construct postpartum plan.
-Prenatal birth trauma-informed support and preparation.
-Postpartum informational and emotional support, such as processing birth story, resources for baby’s development and growth into your new role.

Text/Email Support
What it includes:
-Communication through text and email for 2 weeks.
– Includes everything under Postpartum Virtual Services, except NO video or voice calls.
